Jennifer has over 16 years of experience in animal welfare as the Founder and President of Mayday Pit Bull Rescue & Advocacy.  She has a love of animals that goes well beyond dogs and includes all creatures, companion and wild.  She lives in Phoenix, Arizona, and is passionate about caring for and conserving our Southwestern Desert wild spaces.  She is an avid hiker and enjoys reading and spending time with her personal and foster dogs, and her two desert tortoises, Dutch and Duvall.
